2. Bona Vista Beer Wolves 6-2 (points over Sharks)

3. Zark's Sharks 6-2

4. GIRTH 5-3

5. Sacks in the City 4-4 (H2H over Pirates)

6. Parma Pirates 4-4 (Points over Skunks)

`            Toilet Bowl Teams:

7. Shit Eating Skunks 4-4

8. Washington Fantasy Team 3-5 (Points over Forky)

9. For(th)ky Down 3-5 (Points over Buckys)

10. Rubber Buckys 3-5

11. Need for K1Speed 2-6 (Points over Orcas)

12. The Bridge Road Orcas 2-6

12.The Bridge Road Orcas (πŸ“‰-2)

The Orcas are in a place no one would have believed preseason - in last place. They now look to have a toilet bowl BYE in their control which is not something you want to have. The CMC or die strategy is less potent when he's putting up 8 points in a matchup. I think a huge piece of this is how unavailable Bowers has been this season. Watch for Bowers to come back this week and reignite something. The trade machine may need to be fired up here either way.

11.Need for K1Speed (πŸ“ˆ+1)

Joe gets a surprise win this week. His moves have been questionable to say the least, but hey, a win's a win. It says more about For(th)ky Down than K1Speed, sadly for Joe though. This team is a top contender to become the Skunks next season.

10.For(th)ky Down (πŸ“‰-2)

This could not have been a worse week to lose for this team. You have a divisional rival in Joe who is selling pieces for 4th rounders and James Cook is dropping 30, and you can't get it done. I think the locker room was heavily affected by the JSN rumor mill last week, as the team is shopping the budding superstar. Well, just look at the team without JSN. Losing to Joe. If JSN is traded, this could be a Skunks candidate in the toilet bowl.

9.Rubber Buckys (β€”)

The Buckys are the definition of mid without Bucky. That's all I really have to say.

8.Washington Fantasy Team (πŸ“ˆ+3)

WFT suddenly has life again. They put up a huge week in a crucial divisional win. They now stick out as the 3 win team most poised to make a run late. Curtis has never missed the postseason in Super League, and I basically declared him dead after the loss last week, but I guess he wasn't dead after all. Cue a hype video!

7.Parma Pirates (πŸ“‰-1)

The Pirates streak comes to an end against a divisional rival. The Pirates split games against WFT this season, and currently hold the points tiebreaker over them, but that lead has slipped. The Pirates are in the mix but will need some heroes to step up if they want to lock down a playoff spot.

6.Shit Eating Skunks (πŸ“ˆ+1)

What a win for the Skunks. It felt like forever since the Skunks were able to get the job done, and it came at the perfect time. Chase Brown is a wagon. The Stratton having control era of the Skunks are undefeated, and right in the playoff mix. A week 12 matchup vs the Pirates could end up being a deciding factor on who gets the final playoff spot, as they already hold a tiebreaker over WFT.

5.Sacks in the City (β€”)

Sacks in the City look lost without Lamar Jackson out there. Bijan flopped this week, which always hurts. The team picked up QJ in a trade with Need for K1Speed and he put up 0. Even worse, the Sacks lost their win advantage over the Skunks, both H2H and overall, and now rely on points as their only tiebreaker. The bench did add production which means there's options. Sacks has been slumping, but they should win these next two games to get them back on track.

4.SLATTS SLIMES (πŸ“‰-1)

The Slimes retain the #1 seed despite the loss, but have now been swept by GIRTH on the season. As the Mickey Cup approaches, the Slimes are one of the teams with the most to gain. A BYE season would be such a win for this franchise, and with the way the top three on this poll have been playing, the Mickey Cup might be this team's best chance at it. The good news is they shouldn't face GIRTH again… unless GIRTH is a finalist in the Mickey cup too. You never know what Super League can bring, but the Slimes are still having their best season ever despite the loss.

3.Zark's Sharks (πŸ“‰-1)

Just when the Sharks think they have it all, Skatt goes down hard and is suddenly out for the season. Losing the lifeblood of this team from the early stages is devastating, even if it's a rookie RB that no one knew would pop. The bright side is the Sharks won despite the low scoring week. The Sharks are one of three teams at 6-2 now, and suddenly have the franchise record for wins in their scope (they've won 10 games twice). There's enough talent here to keep the ship afloat, but you know what Skatt meant to the franchise, and there has to be some hurt critters in the ocean today.

2.GIRTH (πŸ“ˆ+2)

GIRTH is booming right now, finishing the week on top of the scoring effort. GIRTH has now swept the Slimes on the season, and the only way they could lose the tiebreaker now is if the Slimes win the Mickey Mouse Cup. Saquon went nuclear in his first week with GIRTH, but does appear to be banged up. Luckily, the Eagles have a BYE and GIRTH is loaded enough to get by. With a key injury to the Sharks, the Sacks slipping, and the Slimes being controlled through tiebreakers, GIRTH has emerged as a top contender and BYE candidate.

1.Bona Vista Beer Wolves (β€”)

This is the easiest #1 of the season so far. The Beer Wolves widened the gap in the points race, the divisional race, and are a step away from taking over the top seed as the Slimes ended their hot run. I want to highlight the resilience this team has shown with Ladd McConkey. Last year, the franchise drafted him in round 5, and kept him throughout the full season, and made him a keeper. It looked like he was going to be one of the biggest busts of the season early, but the team held on. Now, Ladd is in position to finish the year as a top WR option on a solid offense. It's the little things that can win you a championship, and I think all of the little things are coming together right now.
